## What ATACSYS is not

ATACSYS is not an open agent marketplace, generic chatbot or self-serve agent builder. It is designed for a different starting point than an agency project or an automation platform: the buyer names the business outcome and approval boundary; ATACSYS carries role preparation, boundary design, a controlled first scope, Passport and continuity path. This avoids asking the buyer to begin with model selection, prompt libraries, workflow assembly and implementation coordination. A Passport is a private ATACSYS operating record, not a government or professional licence. A public role brief does not collect credentials, connect a business system, activate an employee, or process payment automatically.

## Operating boundaries

- Important actions remain subject to human approval.
- System access is agreed per role and is not created from a public website visit.
- Company working context remains company-owned and has its own scope and handoff boundary.
- The first supervised trial is limited to one useful task and low-risk work; it is not proof of production readiness.
- Live checkout, public payment collection, public registration, and provider connections are not enabled by this public site.
- An inbound call, message or order role can be reviewed before a phone number, provider, recording, transcription or external channel is considered. A public request does not activate any of them.

### Can ATACSYS support inbound voice or request handling?

ATACSYS can review an inbound-call, message, request or order-handoff role around approved facts, escalation rules and owner decisions. The public site does not provide a live number, telephony provider, recording, transcription, payment or external channel activation. Each of those needs its own approved scope and review.

### What does an Employee Passport record?

The Employee Passport is a private ATACSYS operating record for the exact role version. It can record tested scope, proposed access, limitations, evidence and human approval points. It is not a government identity document, legal licence, security certification or guarantee of future results.
