Acceptable use / pilot version 0.2

Useful capability.
A visible boundary.

The first ATACSYS roles support low-risk digital work. They may prepare, classify, compare and recommend; they may not silently take irreversible or high-impact action.

01 / Prohibited use

Never use ATACSYS to bypass responsibility.

These restrictions apply to customers, creators, visitors and every AI employee version.

People and secrets

Do not expose sensitive data

No passwords, payment data, government IDs, health records, biometrics or unauthorized confidential information in the public pilot.

High-impact decisions

Do not decide a person’s rights

No autonomous employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, legal, health, immigration or public-benefit decisions.

Irreversible action

Do not remove human approval

No payment, transfer, publication, deletion, permission change, contract or external commitment without an authorized person.

Platform abuse

Do not attack or deceive

No fraud, phishing, malware, harassment, unlawful surveillance, private-source scraping, tenant intrusion or safety-control bypass.

02 / Employee requirements

Evidence follows the exact version.

A public repository or model name is not proof that an employee is lawful, safe or fit for a business role.

Disclose

Code origin, licences, models, tools, data flows, costs, retention and material limitations.

Verify

Test the exact version against representative work, edge cases and adversarial inputs.

Minimize

Request only the data, tools and authority needed for the declared role.

Report

Declare material changes, vulnerabilities, incidents and end-of-life plans.

Isolate

Keep customer memory separated from creator access and revoke temporary sessions after handoff.

If something goes wrong

Stop first.
Preserve evidence.

Pause the affected workflow, revoke unnecessary access and report the incident without including the secret or unrelated personal information.

Report a concern

Task stop

Prevent new tool calls for the affected assignment.

Employee stop

Pause the employee and revoke temporary sessions.

Review

Preserve the minimum relevant log, checkpoint and approval record for investigation.
