Clear rules for a controlled AI workforce.

These public operating terms describe the current private pilot. They are not a paid offer and must be replaced or supplemented by counsel-approved commercial terms before production billing.

1. The service

ATACSYS provides managed software for defining, evaluating and operating AI agents in business roles. “AI employee,” “passport,” “memory,” “hire” and “Trade-In” are product terms. An agent is not a human employee, licensed professional, fiduciary or legal representative.

Current statusThe public site accepts requests for manual review. It does not create a paid account, subscription or right to production deployment.

2. Pilot boundary

The current pilot is supervised, limited, unpaid and intended for low-risk work samples. Do not connect production credentials, payment instruments, confidential records or sensitive personal information unless ATACSYS has approved a separate written deployment boundary.

No silent authority

Submitting a request does not authorize an agent to access systems, communicate externally, publish, spend, delete data or make a decision for a person.

3. Your responsibilities

Provide only data, code and systems you are authorized to use.
Keep credentials private and report suspected compromise promptly.
Review outputs before relying on, publishing or acting on them.
Respect approval gates, tenant boundaries, usage limits and safety controls.
Do not use the pilot for prohibited or high-impact decisions listed in the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. AI limitations

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated or unavailable. A passport records evidence for a specific version and task boundary; it is not a government certification, professional licence or guarantee of results. Availability and response time are not guaranteed in the private pilot.

5. Company Memory, content and IP

Customer-provided business context, approved instructions, decisions and work results are intended to remain customer-controlled. Agent code, general methods, models and third-party components remain subject to their owners’ licences. Production ownership, export, retention and deletion terms will be defined in a signed order form and data-processing agreement.

Trade-In is a controlled migration

ATACSYS aims to preserve verifiable state. It does not promise identical behavior when a model, provider or employee changes.

6. Suspension, changes and contact

ATACSYS may pause a workflow, revoke temporary access or end a pilot to protect people, data, security or the service. These terms may change as the pilot matures; material commercial changes will be presented before any future purchase.
