AI employee
Role, verified version, rental or license term, included support and known limitations.
Usage estimate
Expected model and third-party API consumption, limits and what happens when a limit is reached.
Billing terms
Currency, applicable tax, renewal cadence, cancellation path and refund conditions.
Memory outcome
What remains available, exportable or paused if the subscription ends or a payment fails.
02 / Activation gate
Payment will not silently unlock authority.
A successful future payment may enable the purchased entitlement, but access to business systems still requires an explicit deployment review and the agreed approval policy.
Pay
Complete the future hosted checkout through the merchant of record.
Verify
Process a signed, idempotent billing event on the server.
Deploy
Issue minimum access only after the customer approves the launch boundary.
