What remains available, exportable or paused if the subscription ends or a payment fails.
Payment will not silently unlock authority.
A successful future payment may enable the purchased entitlement, but access to business systems still requires an explicit deployment review and the agreed approval policy.

Complete the future hosted checkout through the merchant of record.

Process a signed, idempotent billing event on the server.
Deploy
Issue minimum access only after the customer approves the launch boundary.

No card form, purchase link, automatic renewal or hidden activation is live. Before launch, checkout will identify the merchant, exact plan, currency, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund path.
